In his first career start as Southeast Missouri’s quarterback, Andrew Bunch completed 6-of-15 passes for 53 yards and a touchdown, and ran for 115 yards on nine carries against #24 Southern Illinois. Bunch, who hails from Thompson’s Station, Tennessee, threw a 21-yard touchdown pass to Johnny King that regained the lead for SEMO with 2:21 remaining in the third quarter. He became the first SEMO quarterback to rush for over 100 yards since Kyle Snyder finished with 116 at Eastern Kentucky on Oct. 25, 2014.
