Rachel Rook pitched a perfect game to help Southeast Missouri softball clinch a share of the 2019 Ohio Valley Conference regular-season title when the Redhawks completed a doubleheader sweep of Morehead State on May 3. Rook struck out 12 of the 15 hitters she faced in her five-inning perfect game shutout. Her 12 strikeouts marked a career-high and stand as the most by any SEMO pitcher in a game this season. Rook also struck out five in two innings during a relief appearance at Saint Louis (May 1).
