Gabe McGlothan had a huge week posting a double-double in back-to-back starts to earn OVC Co-Freshman of the Week honors. McGlothan scored a season-high 27 points, grabbed 16 rebounds and made a jumper with two seconds left to send the game to overtime against Tennessee Tech (Feb. 7). He threw down a monsterous dunk with 48 seconds left in overtime to send Southeast Missouri to victory. Two days later, McGlothan scored 13 points and had 10 rebounds against Jacksonville State (Feb. 9) for his team-high third double-double of the season. For the week, McGlothan shot 61.5 percent (16-of-26) from the field, knocked down three 3-pointers and made 5-of-6 free throws (83.3 percent). He posted double-digit rebounds in four of his six Ohio Valley Conference starts.
