Sophomore Isaiah Gable averaged 22.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in two starts for Southeast Missouri last week. A native of Greenville, Ohio, Gable shot 57.1 percent (16-of-28) from the field and knocked down seven 3-pointers, while going 6-of-8 at the free throw line. He poured in a career-high 28 points on 11-of-17 field goals and 4-of-9 three-pointers to lead SEMO to its first Ohio Valley Conference win of the season, a 74-69 overtime victory over UT Martin (Jan. 5). Gable played 40 minutes and also grabbed seven rebounds in that game. Two days earlier, Gable scored 17 points and had six rebounds at SIUE (Jan. 3).
