Trevor Ezell hit .529 with four runs scored, a double, one stolen base and five RBI for Southeast Missouri last week. Ezell, who extended his hitting streak to 12 games, collected multiple-hits three times. He delivered a two-out, two-RBI single to give SEMO a 2-1 lead in the top of the eighth inning at Memphis (Feb. 27). Ezell also had a clutch two-out, run-scoring single to pull the Redhawks within a run against South Dakota State (Mar. 3). He capped the week with a season-high four hits against the Jackrabbits, his team-high ninth multi-hit performance of the year. Ezell went 9-for-17 at the plate with a .588 slugging percentage and .579 on-base percentage, as well. Ezell leads the Ohio Valley Conference in batting average (.510) and hits (25).Â
