Freshman guard Tesia Thompson had a very strong performance in her taste of OVC action. In a 71-66 win over Tennessee State, Thompson netted a career high 23 points, with 14 points in the fourth quarter to go along with nine rebounds. Thompson also scored the lead taking bucket with under a minute left against TSU.
