Kaitlyn Shea has started out the 2017 cross country with back-to-back first-place finishes. Last Friday, Shea dominated the Forest Park Cross Country Festival in St. Louis with a winning time of 18:24.61 beating the second-place finisher by over 20 seconds. The week prior Shea recorded her first ever 5k win with a win at the Walt Crawford Open with a time of 17:48.9, which led the SEMO women’s cross country to a first-place team finish.
