Jarekious Bradley averaged 24.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and did not miss a free throw in two games during his strong start to the Ohio Valley Conference season last week. Bradley began the week by scoring 20 points and pulling down four rebounds in a heartbreaking 78-77 loss to Belmont (Jan. 1). He shot 7-of-14 from the field and 5-of-5 at the free throw line to lead all Southeast scorers in that game. Two days later, Bradley shot 10-of-12 from the field and 7-of-7 at the free throw line en route to a season-high 29 points at Tennessee State. He also went over 100 career three-point field goals made and extended his free throw streak to 24-consecutive makes against the Tigers. Bradley, who scored 20 or more points in back-to-back starts for the first time this season, is the league’s second-leading scorer in conference play this year.
