Tyler Stone recorded a game-high 23 points and 11 rebounds in his return home at No. 15 Memphis on Dec. 21. Stone posted his team-high third double-double this season, shooting 10-of-18 from the field and 2-of-4 at the free throw line. He scored 14 points in the first half, including nine in a period of 3:56 to get the Redhawks to within four points (32-28). Stone also dished out one assist, had a block and collected two steals in 39 minutes against the Tigers.
