CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - A crowd of nearly 700 men gathered at the Show Me Center early Wednesday morning for a special Men's Prayer Breakfast hosted by the Southeast Missouri football and men's basketball programs.

The event provided an opportunity for fellowship, friendship and spirituality with all proceeds supporting the Redhawk football and men's basketball teams.

Several speakers were on hand to share stories of faith and inspiration, including SEMO Head Football Coach Tom Matukewicz, SEMO Head Men's Basketball Coach Brad Korn, SEMO President Dr. Brad Hodson, Nick Grassi (SEMO Team Chaplain), Dr. Andrew Moore (SEMO Board of Governors), Mike Litzfelner (Retired SEMO FCA Director), Apostle Adrian Taylor (Lighthouse United), Marc Harris (Arnold Insurance) and Mark Anderson (Senior Pastor Lynwood Baptist Church. Live music was provided by the Adult and Teen Challenge Mid-America Choir.

The entire Redhawk men's basketball and football teams also participated.
