NORMAL, Ill. - Parker Feuerborn wins the weight throw in the Saluki Fast Start and Isaac Readnour takes silver during day two of the John Coughlan invite.
Day 2 Men's Heptathlon
Isaac Readnour the senior from Festus, Mo. finished in second place in the men's Heptathlon with 4816 total points which earned him a new personal best
Readnour finished in second place in the men's Heptathlon 60-meter hurdles crossing the finish line in 8.67.
Readnour picked up a seventh place finish in the 1000-meter, finishing with a time of 3:11.25.
Readnour recorded a new personal best in the pole vault. Readnour placed second and got to the height of 15' 03" (4.65m).
Saluki Fast Start
The Graduate Student Parker Feuerborn was the only Redhawk to compete in the Saluki Fast Start. Feuerborn competed in the weight throw and threw for a distance of 71' 5.25" (21.77m) while also finishing first.
Looking Ahead
The Redhakws will head to West Lafayette, Indiana to compete in the Fred Wilt Invitational at Purdue University next Saturday, December 9.
