Senior Belicia Mendiola had a hand in all five of the Bruins' goals last week. She scored a pair of goals and tallied three assists. She scored two goals, including the game-winner, and recorded two assists versus Jacksonville State. It was her third multi-score game of the season.

Let's Recap
The Redhawks dropped a 1-0 decision at Murray State in their lone game last week. Esmie Gonzales and Shelby Beussink each had three shots to account for 75 percent of the Redhawks' shot output.

Looking Ahead
The final stretch of the regular season begins when Eastern Illinois and SIUE come to Cape Oct. 13 and 15. The Oct. 13 game will be International Student Night including a parade of nations at halftime and an international student soccer match following the SEMO game.
