CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- Southeast Missouri (1-3) returns to action Saturday when it travels to Lipscomb University (5-2). Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m., CT, at the Whitworth Indoor Center.
The Redhawks are currently on a two-match losing streak after losing to a pair of strong opponents in Saint Louis and Southern Illinois.
Mariya Kostiuk leads the team at the No. 1 position in both singles and doubles play. Kostiuk holds a 1-3 record in singles and doubles.
Lipscomb is led by sophomore Hannah Gamage who boasts a 4-1 singles record to go along with a 3-2 doubles mark. Gamage has helped lead her team to a three-match winning streak, as Lipscomb picked up victories against Alabama-Huntsville, IUPUI and Butler.

Mary Beth Gunn. " We are focusing on handling the mental aspect of the game, and I think that will help us better prepare for the upcoming conference season. We have a very talented team and if we allow ourselves to play, we will see more successes on the court."
