Southeast Missouri women's soccer (7-6-4, 1-4-3) hopes to get back in the win column on Sunday when Morehead State (6-10-2, 3-5-1) comes to Cape Girardeau. Sunday's match is set for a 2 p.m. start.

Touchdown Plaza in the east end of the stadium will be open for fans to tailgate on Sunday. The match will also be the Redhawks' Pink Up game. The team will wear their pink jerseys and fans are encouraged to wear pink to the game in support of breast cancer awareness.

Series History
Southeast holds an all-time 10-6-4 lead over Morehead State. At Houck Stadium, the Redhawks are 5-2-2 against the Eagles. The last time Southeast lost to Morehead at home was in the OVC Tournament on Nov. 4, 2011, 2-1. The Redhawks and Eagles played to a 2-2 tie a season ago in Morehead, Kentucky.

Scouting the Opponent
Morehead State enters Sunday's match with a 6-10-2 record this season and a 3-5-1 clip in OVC play. The Eagles earned wins over Eastern Illinois, Jacksonville State, and UT Martin to leapfrog the Redhawks in the conference standings with 10 points. MSU has struggled away from home going 2-8 this season on the road. Ashley Ritchie leads the team with seven goals and 16 total points. As a team, MSU has scored 17 goals this season but given up 31. Goalkeeping has been by committee as three Eagles have split the duties; however, Eva Helgadottir has played 13 of MSU's 18 games in goal.

What's Ahead
The 2016 season will come to a close on Thursday, Oct. 27 when UT Martin comes to Cape Girardeau. The Redhawks will celebrate three seniors

Natasha Minor prior to kickoff. The match is set for 7 p.m. from Houck Stadium. Southeast Missouri has officially been eliminated from OVC Tournament contention. It will be the first tournament the Redhawks have missed since 2009.

NSCAA Team Academic Award
For the seventh-consecutive year, the Redhawks have earned NSCAA Team Academic recognition. Southeast's 3.64 team GPA ranked fifth among NCAA Division I women's soccer teams.

Let's Recap
The Redhawks suffered a pair of tough losses last week beginning with a road loss to Tennessee Tech, 1-0. Despite being down 1-0 early, Southeast put together a strong first half; however, the Redhawks were held to just one shot in the second half. Southeast returned home on Sunday for a matchup with Eastern Kentucky.
Lauren Kaempfe put Southeast on top in the fifth minute. Southeast held its 1-0 lead for 80 minutes before EKU scored the equalizer in the 86th minute, forcing Southeast's fifth overtime in six matches. EKU netted the golden goal in the 97th minute to deliver the Redhawks their first home loss this season.

She's a Goal Getter
Natasha Minor's 10 goals this season ranks tied for first in the OVC and 22nd nationally. Her 10 goals ranks tied for fourth on Southeast's single-season top five list. Minor is three goals from tying, four from breaking, Southeast's all time goals record of 29. Minor is also eight shots on goal away from breaking the all-time career record.
