Southeast lost in Sunday's series finale, 6-2. Saturday's game hero, Branden Boggetto, finished the series with a .429 batting average, with a home run and four RBI. Boggetto hit a three-run blast in the eighth inning to lift the Redhawks past ORU in game two. 2014 Roster Breakdown
The 2014 roster is compiled of 35 men. Seven seniors are featured on the team but only five of which are returners. Of 14 juniors, seven are transfers to the team in 2014. The roster is rounded out by eight sophomores and six freshman. 19 players on the team are from right here in Missouri.

Advantage: Redhawks
Southeast has an advantage in 2014 in that the Redhawks return all eight positional starters from last season, as well as the designated hitter. Southeast did take a large hit on the pitching staff as only five pitchers return; two of which sat out last year due to surgery.

2013 Round-Up
Southeast Missouri finished the 2013 season with an overall record of 26-33 and a 13-17 OVC record. The Redhawks extended their league-leading 19-consecutive OVC Tournament appearance streak in 2013 after earning the No. 6 seed. Southeast went 2-2 in the post-season. Then freshman, Clayton Evans was the only Redhawk to pick up a post-season conference honor when he was named to the All-Newcomer Team. Evans was also named Louisville Slugger Freshman All-American.

International Cuisine
Australian Greg Mosel is the first international player on the Redhawk roster since 2008. Fellow Aussie Kieran Bradford was a catcher for Southeast during the '08 season. Bradford played in 30 games for Southeast.
