Series History

Four-Game Skid
Southeast has lost four games in a row, currently the longest losing streak in the Ohio Valley Conference. The Redhawks last win was over a month ago when they beat then-No. 20 Tennessee State, 28-21, on Oct. 4. Austin Peay is also looking to snap a three-game losing streak of its own.

Snyder Surpasses 2,000 Passing Yards
Senior quarterback Kyle Snyder became the third Ohio Valley Conference player to go over 2,000 passing yards this season. Snyder completed 16-of-22 passes for 132 yards at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). He is 160-of-266 (60.2 pct.) for 2,043 yards and 15 toucdowns in 10 starts under center. Snyder is the first Redhawk quarterback to throw for over 2,000 yards in a season since Houston Lillard had 2,067 in 2008. Snyder ranks third in the OVC in passing (204.3 ypg) and fourth in total offense (259.8 ypg). Tennessee State's Michael German (2,383) and Murray State's KD Humphries (2,620) are the other 2,000-yard passers in the league this year.

Snyder Climbs to Ninth
Kyle Snyder climbed to ninth in single-season passing yards at Southeast after his effort at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). Snyder's 2,043 yards surpassed Greg Brune (1,959 yards in 1966) for that spot.

McRoberts Returns
Southeast star wide receiver Paul McRoberts made his return from injury at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). McRoberts made a game-high seven catches for 95 yards in his first game since Sept. 20. He was sidelined due to a Lisfranc fracture in his right foot. Despite his absence, McRoberts still leads the Redhawks with six receiving touchdowns this season.

Mac is Back
Like Paul McRoberts, running back Lennies McFerren also made his return at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). McFerren, who suffered a high ankle sprain against Eastern Illinois (Oct. 18), rushed for 50 yards on seven carries. He ranks second on the team with 570 rushing yards this year.

Jackson Notches Season-High
DeMichael Jackson ran for a season-high 172 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). A native of Louisville, Ky., Jackson averaged 7.8 yards per rush en route to his second 100-yard game this season and seventh of his career. His only touchdown against the Golden Eagles came on a career-long 48-yard run that gave the Redhawks a 23-20 lead with 13:42 left in the fourth quarter. Additionally, Jackson gained 104 yards on 11 carries and averaged 9.5 yards per attempt in the first half alone.

McCrum Leads OVC in Scoring
Southeast kicker Ryan McCrum is first in the Ohio Valley Conference in scoring (kick). McCrum made a league-high 17-of-21 field goals and is perfect with 31-of-31 PATs this season. He ranks second overall among conference individuals in scoring behind Eastern Kentucky's Dy'Shawn Mobley (84 pts.).

Legging it Out
Ryan McCrum matched a career-high four field goals at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). McCrum scored 14 points on 4-of-5 field goals and 2-of-2 extra points against the Golden Eagles. He made his first four field goal attempts, connecting from distances of 43, 32, 40 and 19 yards. McCrum also attempted a 62-yard field goal at the end of the game that was blocked by TTU's Jordan Patrick.

Injuries Piling Up
Southeast lost three more starters over its last two games. Linebacker Roper Garrett sustained a season-ending leg injury at Eastern Kentucky (Oct. 25). Most recently, linebacker Terrance Hill and wide   receiver Peter Lloyd suffered injuries at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). Hill left the game with a concussion and Lloyd broke his right leg, ending his 2014 campaign. In all, the Redhawks have had 11 starters affected by injuries this season. In addition, Garrett was leading the Ohio Valley Conference in total tackles and Lloyd was ninth in the nation in kickoff returns (27.3 ypr) at the time of their injuries.

Heartbreaker at Tennessee Tech
The Redhawks scored the first 13 points of the game, but came up on the short end of a 27-26 loss at Tennessee Tech on Nov. 8. Southeast got to the TTU 41-yardline before Kyle Snyder was tackled for no   gain and sacked for a loss of four yards. After an incomplete pass, the Redhawks elected to attempt a 62-yard field goal on a 4th-and-14. Ryan McCrum's kick was blocked by Jordan Patrick with 21 seconds left and the Golden Eagles ran out the clock. It was Southeast's final road game of the season. The Redhawks went 1-5 in games outside of Cape Girardeau this year.

Turnovers Costly
Southeast committed four turnovers in a game for the third time this season at Tennessee Tech (Nov. 8). The Redhawks had three fumbles and one interception in that game. Prior to that, Southeast had five turnovers at Southern Illinois (Sept. 13) and vs. Eastern Illinois (Oct. 18). The Redhawks lost all of those games.

Controlling the Clock
