• Southeast Missouri enters the fourth weekend of Ohio Valley Conference play with a 6-5 overall record and 3-2 mark in conference play. Last weekend, the Redhawks dropped an overtime match 1-0 to Austin Peay and then rebounded to defeat Belmont by the same score on Sunday. Sophomore
F Natasha Minor drew a foul in the goalie box with just over four minutes remaining and then converted the penalty kick for the game-winning goal. Freshman
GK Kindra Lierz recorded her fifth shutout in just her 11

• Redhawks head coach
Heather Nelson registered her 150th victory at Southeast in the 2-1 win over Murray State on Oct. 5. She is the only head coach in the 16-year program history and has won six OVC titles and four OVC Coach of the Year awards during her tenure leading Southeast.

• Southeast is 6-2-1 all-time against Eastern Kentucky and 9-6-3 vs. Morehead State. The Redhawks and Colonels tied 0-0 last year while Southeast fell 5-2 against the Eagles.

About Eastern Kentucky: The Colonels are 3-11-1 overall and 1-4-1 in Ohio Valley Conference play. Coming into Friday evening's match, they have dropped three straight contests dating back to Oct. 5. Offensively, they are led by sophomore

F Natasha Minor set career-highs with two goals, five points, six shots and four shots on goal in the 4-0 victory at Eastern Illinois to open conference play on Sept. 26 and was unanimously voted adidas
® Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 30. She scored twice in the first 26 minutes of the match and later added an assist in the 67th minute. It was the first weekly conference honor of Minor's career.

GK Kindra Lierz has posted a shutout in four of her first nine career matches. Lierz began her collegiate career by going

® Ohio Valley Conference Co-Goalkeeper of the Week following the team's first full weekend of play at the Air Force Academy Falcon Invitational. She has recorded shutouts against Missouri-St. Louis, UC Davis, Arkansas State, Eastern Illinois and Belmont. Lierz leads the OVC in shutouts per game (0.45), ranks second in total shutouts (5) and goals against average (0.81) and third in save percentage (.827). Lierz was the Missouri Class 3 Goalkeeper of the Year in 2014.

Looking Ahead: Southeast hits the road next weekend for a 3 p.m. matchup at Tennessee Tech on Friday, Oct. 24 in Cookeville, Tenn. The Redhawks will then continue the long road trip with a 1 p.m. tilt at Jacksonville State on Sunday, Oct. 31. They will wrap up the regular season with the final OVC matchup at SIU Edwardsville at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 31. The Ohio Valley Conference Tournament is slated for Nov. 6-9 at the campus site of the regular season league champion.
