CARBONALE, Ill. – The Southeast Missouri cross country team had a chance to try out its depth Saturday at the Saluki Invitational hosted by Southern Illinois.
 
On the men's side, Colten Strotheide finished 11^th with a time of 26:55. Andrew Gordon placed 17^th in 27:22. Tyson Stoverink turned in a 23^rd-place finish in 28:07. Sean Brown (30^th, 28:43) and Cole Ross (37^th, 29:08) rounded out the men's side for Southeast.
 
For the women, Gloria Westlake placed 20^th with a time of 19:33. Madeline Gaul also ran for the Redhawks, placing 56^th with a time of 23:25.
 
Southeast Missouri returns to action Oct. 5 at the Greater Louisville Classic in Louisville, Ky.
