Tesia Thompson notched 18 points in SEMO’s Ohio Valley Conference opener against preseason league favorite UT Martin this past Friday. She was two boards shy of a double-double in the contest, finishing with eight. Thompson connected at a .438 clip from the field and was a perfect 4-for-4 at the free throw line. She also finished the game against the Skyhawks with three assists and two steals in 31 minutes of court time.
