Carli Knott led the Southeast Missouri women at the season-opening Saluki Invite cross country meet this past Friday. Knott finished third overall in the 5K with a mark of 18:37.11 as the Redhawks beat Southern Illinois, 27-28, in the dual meet at the SIU Cross Country Course. It was Knott’s second career third place finish after completing the 2018 Saluki Invite in the same position.
