Chris Navarro started the outdoor track and field season with a bang at the Alabama Relays. The junior won the decathlon with 6,577 points, 15 points ahead of second place. The Menifee, Calif., native won four of the 10 events and totaled six top-three finishes. Navarro won the 110-meter hurdles, high jump, javelin throw and shot to secure the victory.
