Biography
Season Outlook: The team[apos]s lone senior, Lange will have the responsibility of leading a team that will return just three starters from a year ago...will be playing the outside hitter position from the right-side for the second straight season after switching from middle blocker last season.
At Southeast
2000: Started every match but one during the season, as the lone junior moved from the middle blocker position...featured in 100 of 108 games...established three new career marks, including a new kills mark of 12 against hometown rival Saint Louis during the Biliken Classic...notched a double-double against Saint Louis with 12 kills and 15 digs...hit a season-best .583 vs. Murray State (9.17.00), while blasting eight kills and just one error in 12 attempts... notched five block assists vs. Texas-El Paso (9.5.00)...displayed her height against North Carolina (11.30.00) in NCAA Tournament win with a personal season-high five block assists...also set a career high with 20 digs vs. UNC...second on the team with .59 assists per game...third on the team with 26 service aces...also third with 2.66 digs per game.
1999: Was a fixture in the starting lineup and as the team[apos]s defensive specialist...played in 115 games at the middle blocker position...registered 22 kills, 32 aces, 204 digs, seven blocks and nine block assists.
1998: Played significantly in 1998 as the team[apos]s only freshman...excellent on the defensive side with 220 digs...fourth on the team with 25 aces...played in 108 games as a true freshman.
