Biography

Season Outlook: A powerful hitter that can play both the outside and middle positions. Will be relied on heavily in the middle blocker position. Coming off shoulder surgery, Wilfong is expected to make a full recovery. Should be a dominant force in the OVC after earning All-Newcomer honors in 2003.

2003:Led the team in hitting percentage (.321) on her way to receiving All-Newcomer honors...put down 164 kills and had 1.89 kills per game...had 59 total blocks...season high 16 kills vs. EKU (11.7.03)

Prep Career: A 2003 graduate from Central High School in Park Hills, Mo. ... played for coach Tracie Casey ... Was named All-Conference and All-District four years ... Was All-Region three years ... Named to the All-State team once ... Received numerous honors while participating in basketball and track and field.
