2002: Michelle is one of two co-captains this season along with Stephanie Furman. She will be competeting in vault, floor, and beam. Michelle[apos]s bueaty on floor will maker her one to watch.

2001: Michelle placed first twice during the regular season including a 9.9 on floor on 1/13, and a 9.9 on beam on 3/11.

2000: Last year[apos]s knee injury put an end to a promising season for Walker. Her strongest event was floor where she performed with a lot of pizzazz. She is a Scholar Athlete at Southeast and is currently the only Otahkian to have a Top 10 score in school history (9.900 on floor exercise on 2/21/99).

Club: Competed for East York Gymnastics Club ... coached by Sandi Robertson ... won regional championship ... three-time provincial champion.

Personal: Born 3-30-79 ... daughter of Kim Walker and Jackie Hartill ... majoring in Finance and Business Management ... attended Birchmount C.I. High School ... won Student Athlete Honors in 1997 and 1998 ... also competed in track & field and volleyball ... also recruited by New Hampshire, Central Michigan and Bridgeport.
