2007: All-MIC Second Team on bars and all-around ... posted the eighth best bars score in school history with a 9.875 against Texas Woman[apos]s University ... placed second on the floor against TWU scoring a career-best 9.800 ... set a personal-best all-around of 38.575 against Kent State ... won an individual title on bars in the first meet of the season.
2006: Placed second in the MIC championship on the bars with a score of 9.750 ... scored a career high 9.875 on the balance beam at the MIC championship finishing second ... finished second on the bars with a 9.700 against Illinois State ... won her first individual title on the uneven bars tying a season high 9.800 against Winona State ... finished fourth against Winona State on the floor with a season high score of 9.325 ... honored as a NACGC scholar athlete and named to the OVC Commissioner[apos]s honor roll.
Prep/Club: Two-time national qualifier, from 2003-04 ... finished seventh on the floor, eighth on the beam and eleventh in the all-around at the 2003 nationals ... member of the Eagles Gymnastics club team ... coached by Kim Fuchs ... four-year honor roll student.
Personal: Born 3-30-87 ... daughter of Mary and Tom Grimaldi ... majoring in Graphic Design ... sister, Erica, graduated from Vanderbilt in 2006 where she played basketball ... and sister, Ellen, graduated from Rockhurst University after playing soccer for Rockhurst, University of Denver and St. Louis University ... chose Southeast because of the atmosphere and the gymnastics program ... also recruited by Ball State.
