2011 Outdoor: Appeared in four meets…finished sixth at the Joey Haines Invitational in the hammer throw with a career-best throw of 155’ 9”…finished second in the shot put with a throw of 48’ 4” at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite, which was a career best…placed seventh at the OVC Championships with a throw of 44’ 6.25” in the hammer throw.

2011 Indoor: Appeared in six meets…threw a career best 54’ 7.25” in the weight throw at the OVC Championships, placing sixth…finished fourth in the shot put at the OVC Championships throwing a season best 45’ 1” as one of two Redhawks in the top four of the event.

2010 Outdoor: Competed in three meets…placed sixth in the shot put and eighth in the discus at the OVC Championships…recorded a career-best in the discus at the OVC’s with a throw of 127’-1.00”…had a career-best throw of 45’-5.25” in the shot put at the Rhodes College Open Meet.

2010 Indoor: Competed in four meets after competing for the Redhawks football team…placed fifth in the shot put at the OVC Championships with a career-best toss of 45’-8.00”…had a career-best toss of 46’-4.00” in the weight throw at the Redhawk Invitational.

Prep: All-State shot put and discus thrower...placed sixth in the discus and eighth in the shot at the State Championships...captain of the track and field team...Second-Team All-Conference offensive lineman and defensive end for conference champions... scholar athlete.

Personal: Born October 11, 1988 ... son of Scott and Janet Hendry ... majoring in Sport Management.
