2016 Outdoor: Compeeted at three meets... Placed 11th at the SIUE Gateway Invite in the 1500m (4:23.90).

2016 Indoor: Ran in three meets... Recorded best mile time (4:40.41) in debut at Missouri Invitational... Finished fourth in mile at 2016 Redhawks Invite.

2013/14 Cross Country (Lindenwood): Finished second overall at the Truman State University Dual…finished best among fellow Lindenwood runners three times out of the six events Lindenwood participated in…one of three runners to participate in all six events…placed 14th out of 80 participants in the Jackling Jocks Invitational…in the indoor track mile run event at the Missouri Collegiate Challenge, placed second in the mile run event by a tenth of a second.

Prep: An all-state performer in cross country and track...finished in the top-20 in the state cross country championship in 2011 and 2012...had five all-state showings in track, including being runner-up in the 800m in 2013...in cross country, was a three-time district champion, and two-time conference and sectional champion...in track, won seven conference championships, four district championships, and four sectional championships...school record holder in the 3,200m...named to the 2011 St. Louis Post-Dispatch second-team cross country all-Metro team...two-time all-metro selection in cross country by the St. Louis Track Club...twice named the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Athlete of the Week and once was the St. Louis American Athlete of the Week...a five-time AAU track All-American...member of the 2010 AAU National Gold Medalist 4x800 relay team...member of the 2012 AAU National Gold Medalist 4x800 relay team and won the 3000m...2013 USATF National Youth Championship Gold Medalist in the 3,000m and the 4x800 relay.
