2022 Indoor: Ran in three meets…Finished the 800 meters in 2:08.74 for sixth at the 2022 Redhawks Invite (1/15)…Also was fifth in the mile (4:32.82) and second in the 4x400 meter relay (3:35.37)…Took second in the mile in 4:31.73 at the 2022 Redhawks Open (2/18).

2021 Cross Country: Competed in five meets in the Fall of 2021…Recorded a new personal best at the Soybean Invitational in the 4M race, finishing in 21:22.0 (28th)…At the Louisville Classic set a personal best in the 8K, recording a final time of 26:52.1 (170th)…Competed in the ISU Redbird Invitational (8K, 27:09.9, 92nd), the Golden Eagle Invitational (8K, 28:01.2, 29th), and the OVC Championship (8K, 27:45.9, 60th).

2021 Outdoor: Ran in three meets…Opened the outdoor season at the Southern Illinois Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-20), running in the 800 meters (2:05.86, 15th) and 1,500 meters (4:22.25, 19th)…Posted a personal-best 1,500 meters time of 4:13.92 (44th) at the 2021 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (4/2-3)…Also completed the 800 meters in 2:07.39 (40th)…Completed the 1,500 meters at the Sycamore Open (4/24) in 4:15.00 (25th).
 
2021 Indoor: Ran in two meets…Finished in the top-10 twice…Set a personal-best 800 meters time of 2:03.72 (sixth) at the Redhawks Invite (2/5)…Completed the same race in 2:03.97 (seventh) at the Redhawks Open (2/20).
 
2020-21 Cross Country: Did not compete.

2020 Indoor: Ran in seven meets…Made his Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19), finishing third in the mile (4:36.66) and sixth in the 3,000 meters (10:30.12)…Set a personal-best time of 9:28.64 (21st) in the 3,000 meters at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Was the runner-up in the mile in 4:34.57 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Completed the 800 meters with a PR mark of 2:06.29 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Added a career best in the mile (4:26.12, 12th) at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1)…Was third in the distance medley relay (10:45.47) and finished the mile in 4:30.69 (13th) at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14)…Was clocked at 4:27.62 (15th) in the mile at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27).

2019 Cross Country: Ran in four meets…Made Redhawks debut at Missouri’s Gans Creek Classic (9/27), completing the 8K in 28:11.8 (62nd)…Posted a personal-best 8K mark of 27:29.5 (133rd) at the Bradley ‘Pink’ Classic (10/18)…Finished 69th at the 2019 OVC Championship (11/2) at SIUE in Edwardsville, Illinois, in 27:55.1…Concluded the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/15) at Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 36:59.0 (194th, PR).
