2019 Outdoor: Ran in six meets…Posted five top-five finishes…Set a new 1,500 meters personal-best time of 4:11.36 (41st) at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (3/22-23)…Placed second in the 800 meters (1:54.25) and third in the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.22) at the Gibson Invitational (4/6)…Finished fourth in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:15.98 at the Georgia Tech Invitational (4/19-20)…Grabbed silver in both the 800 meters and 4x400 meter relay at the OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11) in Cape Girardeau…Crossed the finish line for the 800 meters in a personal-best time of 1:53.75…Also was second in the 4x400 meters in 3:18.11.
 
2019 Indoor: Competed in eight meets…Had 12 top-five finishes…Placed second in the mile in a personal-best 4:34.30 at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Also was third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:38.69…Finished third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:26.93 at the Illini Open (1/12)…Was third in the 800 meters, clocking in at 1:56.42 at the Samford Open (1/18-19)…Placed fourth in the distance-medley relay in 10:37.22 at the Indiana University Relays (1/25-26)…Took third in the 800 meters at Purdue’s Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2) in 1:55.04…Won the 800 meters with a mark of 1:53.78 at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Also was third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:19.53…Earned a pair of bronze medals at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Finished third in the 800 in 1:54.78 and third in the 4x400 meter relay with a mark of 3:18.34…Also placed fifth in the distance medley relay in 10:45.10.

Prep: Four time letter winner at Houston High School...As a senior was third at State in the 800m...As a junior was State Runner-Up in the 800m...Five time All-American in the 800m...Three time All-American in the 1500m...Personal bests in the 800m (1:52.48) and in the 1500m (4:00.07)...Also participated in wrestling.

Personal: Born December 31,1999...Son of Henry and Keatha Jones...Twin of Colin Jones who also was a member of the SEMO Track and Field team...Majoring in Cyber Security.
