2023 Cross Country: Competed in the Redhawks Invite (9/1), running the 6k in 20:45.6 for 26th as the men’s team finished first overall.

2023 Outdoor: Ran in two meets…Notched a PR 5000-meter run at the Joey Haines when he crossed the line at 15:53.11 (19th)...Recorded another new PR at the Cougar Classic, running the 3000 in 9:11.18 while also placing ninth.

2023 Indoor: Ran in one meet…At the 2023 Redhawks Open posted a time of 4:39.97 in the mile (4th).

2022 Cross Country: Ran in five meets…Notched one top-five…Finished in the SEMO top-five twice…Started the season at the Mckendree Bearcat Classic and finished fifth with a time of 25:48.9 in the 8k, where the men finished first as a team…Recorded a new PR in the 8k crossing the line in 25:31.3 for 180th but second for the SEMO men at the Louisville Classic…At the NCAA Midwest Region Championships finished in 34:02.7 in the 10k (193rd) which was a new personal best and sixth for the SEMO men.
