2014 Cross Country: Ran in all but one meet in 2014... Finished 15th at the Gabby Rueveni Early Bird in 19:59... Finished 13th at the Saluki Invitational and 24th at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival... Took 52nd at the OVC Championships. 

2014 Outdoor: Ran in five outdoor meets in 2014... Finished 11th in the 10K at the OVC Championships in 32:51... Finished third in the 1500m with a time of 4:05... Season-best 1500m was at the OVC Championships, where he placed 12th... Finished third in the 3000m event at the Memphis Invitational with a season-best time of 8:58... Southeast Scholar-Athlete... Member of the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

2014 Indoor: Ran in five indoor meets in 2014... Finished 14th at the OVC Championship in the 3000m in 8:55, a season-best... Ran a season-best 15:27 5K at the GVSU Big Meet Invite. 

2013 Cross Country: Competed in five meets in 2013... Led the Redhawks at the Saluki Invitational (9/21) when he placed 11th in 26:55... Personal-best 8k time of the season was set at the OVC Championship (11/2) when he placed 34th with a time of 26:25.

2013 Outdoor: Ran in five meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed ninth in the 1500m (4:05.56) at the OVC Outdoor Championships (5/3-4).

2013 Indoor: Raced in six meets… Member of the Redhawks’ fourth-place 4x400m relay team (3:26.17) at the OVC Indoor Championships (2/22-23)… Ran a career-best 15:22.80 in the 5000m at the Samford Multi Invitational (2/8-9).

2012 Cross Country: Competed in three regular season meets during the 2012 season… Best finish for an 8K was at the SIUE Challenge (9/14), where he finished 20th with a time of 26:40.94.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in six meets… Named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete… Placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll… Took 10th in the 1500m (4:11.43) at the OVC Outdoor Championships… Posted a career-high 4:01.33 in the 1500m at the Joey Haines Invitational.

2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets… Took eighth in the 3000m (8:53.85) at the OVC Indoor Championships… Ran a career-best 4:25.53 in the mile run at the Hoosier Hills Invitational.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in six meets during the 2011 season… Recorded a season-best time of 26:14 at the Greater Louisville Classic where he placed 72nd… Placed 23rd at the OVC Championships and 102nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

High School: Graduate of Mater Dei High School… Lettered all four years… Ran 15:09 at state in cross country… Earned MVP honors for cross country twice and once for track… Earned runner of the year his junior year… Also excelled in the classroom as a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Kenny and Cathy Strotheide… Born July 4, 1993… Majoring in Mathematics.
