2011 Outdoor: Competed in two meets…had a personal best in the 5000 meters, running a time of 21:26.32 at the Joey Haines Invite...Southeast Scholar Athlete.
2011 Indoor: Competed in one meet… placed fifth in the 3000 meter run setting a personal best of 11:59.94 at the Redhawks Invitational.
2010 Cross Country: Competed in four meets…recorded a career-best 5K time of 21:23.47 at the Greater Louisville Classic…ran the 5K in 21:28.75 at the OVC Championships… competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing the 8K in 25:37.95.
2009 Cross Country: Competed in one meet…ran the 4K in 17:30.40 at the Saluki Early Bird Invitational...OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll...Southeast Scholar Athlete.
Prep: Three-time MSHSAA Cross Country State Championship qualifier...ran a PR of 20:08.30 in the 5K at Class 4 Sectional 2, placing 9th...three top-10 finishes in the 5K...
