2018: Played in all 13 games…Recorded 27 tackles with 11 solo stops…Had 1.5 tackles for a loss of four yards…Posted one interception, one pass breakup and two quarterback hurries…Registered a season-high seven tackles at Tennessee Tech (10/6)…Had his first career interception at Murray State (11/10)…Also turned in three tackles at Southern Illinois (9/15) and vs. Eastern Illinois (11/17).
2017: Played in 11 games, mainly on special teams...Recorded four tackles...Had two tackles at Jacksonville State (10/28).
2016: Played in nine games, primarily on special teams...Won the team’s Defensive Work MVP award...Tallied four tackles and two solo stops...Returned five kickoffs for 30 yards...Had a 21-yard kick return at Eastern Kentucky (10/8).
Prep: Named the SEMOBall Awards Male Athlete of the Year and Boys Track & Field Athlete of the Year...Four-year starter at Malden High School, who played with his brother, Kylus...Led the Green Wave in rushing and was the team’s top defender at linebacker...Named the 2015 Standard Democrat Football Defensive Player of the Year...Anchored a defense that allowed 21 points a game and reached the Class 2 State Championship game...Malden took second against Lamar...
