2012 Cross Country: Competed in all but the first meet of the 2012 season… best finish for an 8k was at the OVC Championship, where he finished ninth with a time of 24:54.86… top-place finisher for the Redhawks three times during the season… Placed in the top-ten in the first two meets of the season.

2012 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete … took eighth in the 5000m (15:52.93) at the OVC Outdoor Championships.

2012 Indoor: Competed in four meets, finished ninth in the 5000m (15:55.47) at the OVC Indoor Championships…ran a season best 4:33.78 in the mile run at the SIU Saluki Open.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in all meets during the 2011 season…named to the All-OVC first-team… ran a season best at the Greater Louisville Classic with a time of 25:01, where he placed fourth…placed third at the OVC Championships with a time of 25:32 and placed 73rd at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:18…placed in the top 10 in five of seven meets during the season.

2011 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets…hit a career- best in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:56.78 at the Tom Botts Invitational…also hit career best time of 15:02.78 in 5,000 meter run at the OVC Championships, placing fifth…earned a career-best time of 4:03.75, earning a third-place finish at the Jace Lacoste Invite.

2011 Indoor: Appeared in five meets…ran a career-best time of 4:21.36 in the mile run Hoosier Hills…placed sixth in the 3,000 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 8:47.81…finished seventh in the 5,000 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 15:24.02.

2010 Cross Country: Second team All-OVC selection… placed ninth in the 8K with a time of 25:58.93 at the OVC Championships…finished 13th in the 6K with a time of 19:48.20 at the Washington University Early Bird…ran a season-best 25:23.00 in the 8k at the Bradley Classic… competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional, finishing the 10K in 32:01.07.

2010 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2010 Indoor: All-OVC selection in the 3,000 meters… placed second in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:42.50 at the OVC Championships…won the 3,000 meter title at the EIU Mega Meet with a time of 8:47.89…placed third in the 3,000 meters at the SASF…recorded a season-best 8:39.05 in the 3,000 meters at the Indiana Relays…ran a season’s best 15:41.78 in the 5,000 meters at the OVC Championships…had a season-best time of 4:23.91 in the mile at the Hoosier Hills Invitational.

2009 Cross Country: Redshirted due to injury.

2009 Outdoor: Placed tenth in the 10,000 meter run at the OVC Championships with a time of 33:35.85...finished fifth at the SIU Spring Classic with a time of 15:32.64...Southeast Scholar Athlete.

2009 Indoor: Named Co-Indoor Male Freshman of the Year...claimed the OVC title in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:06.90 at the OVC Indoor Championships...finished sixth in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:46.90 at the OVC Indoor Championships...finished fifth in the 3000 meters at the Hoosier Hills Invitational with a season’sbest time of 8:37.30...finished second with a time of 8:44.23 in the 3000 meters at the SASF Invitational...finished second in the mile at the Redbird Invitational with a season’s best time of 4:22.27...finished seventh in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:45.66 at the Hoosier Relays.

2008 Cross Country: Named OVC Male Cross Country Freshman of the Year...All-OVC 2nd Team after finishing 12th in the 8K at the OVC Cross Country Championships... ran a season’s best time of 25:15.98 in the 8K at Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic, finishing 58th out of 294 runners...finished third at the Redhawk Classic...finished fourth with a time of 18:50 in the 6K at the Stegemoller Classic, the time was the OVC’s second fastest...finished 70th in the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional with a time of 33:01.40...Southeast Scholar Athlete.

Prep: All-State selection in cross country...placed 17th at the state cross country meet as a senior...was a two-time All-State selection as a member of the 4X800 meter relay team...also was a member of the basketball team...honor roll student.
