Gained valuable playing experience as a true freshman last year...received multiple injuries in a jet ski accident this summer, but is expected to be released by doctors prior to the start of practice on Oct. 18...good athlete...very aggressive rebounder.
2002-2003:Played in 23 games...started one game...averaged 1.4 points and 1.4 rebounds per game...shot .364 from the field and .850 from the line...had a career-high six points at Western Illinois...pulled down seven rebounds vs. Tennessee State.
PREP: All-state and team MVP at Mater Dei High School in Breese, Ill. ... averaged 12.5 points and 6.2 rebounds per game as a senior ... shot 72% from the line ... scored 1,271 career points
