Returning starter at defensive end ... made smooth transition from linebacker to defensive end last season ... plays with great enthusiasm.

2000: Starter at defensive end ... recorded 35 tackles ... two tackles for losses of six yards ... three quarterback sacks for losses of seven yards ... hurried eight passes ... recovered one fumble.

1999: Played on special teams with limited action at linebacker ... had four tackles.

1998: Suffered season ending broken leg in opener, received a medical redshirt.

PREP: Two-time all-conference and all-district linebacker ... team captain on 1997 team ... selected to play in Lions Club all-star game.
