Steve Hendry enters his second season as a defensive assistant on Southeast’s football staff.
Hendry was a two-year starter on the Redhawks defensive line. He started 11 games at defensive end during Southeast’s historic 2010 season.

A year later, Hendry started 11 contests, including eight at defensive tackle.
Hendry, who hails from Manchester, Mo., completed his Southeast career with a total of 54 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, one interception and three fumble recoveries.
