2010: Played in 10 games and made two tackles...Had one tackle at Eastern Illinois (10/2) and one vs. Eastern Kentucky (10/23).

Prep: Played fullback and linebacker at Ferris High School...Ran for 223 yards and one touchdown on 25 carries as a senior...Averaged nearly nine yards (8.9) per carry...Registered 179 tackles (17.9 per game) with a season-high 28 against Bayonne (Sept. 20)...Also had 13 sacks, forced three fumbles and had two fumble recoveries in his final year as a prep...Three-time First-Team All-County linebacker...Earned Third-Team All-State honors as a junior...Was named the Old Spice Player of the Year his junior season...Also played basketball...Is from the same high school as Southeast wide receiver Chantae Ahamefule and free safety Branden Spann.
