Prep: Made a transition from center to left tackle as a senior at Hewitt-Trussville High School...Earned All-Tribune Football honors in multiple seasons...Three- year varsity starter...Named to the Trussville Tribune All-Area Team...Did not allow a sack in eight games at left tackle as a senior...Started 11 games at center and earned All-Area honors as a junior...Split time between right and left tackle, making eight starts during his sophomore campaign...Replaced a senior at left tackle to start the final three regular season games and a playoff contest.
