2018 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Started the season with back-to-back first place finishes at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31, 18:36.7) and the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14, 18:05.4)…Placed 27th at the at the Louisville Classic (9/29), clocking in at 17:37.8…Finished 83rd (21:38.0) at the Wisconsin Pre-National Meet (10/13)…Finished eighth at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27) to earn Second-Team All-OVC laurels, clocking in with a personal-best 5K time of 17:36.9…Matched SEMO women's cross country best individual finish of 43rd with a time of 21:28.7 at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in four meets…Won the 5000m at the SLU Billiken Invitational (4/6-7) with a time of 17:44.30…Placed fourth in the same event in 17:57.12 at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14)…Recorded a personal-best mark of 34:57.12 in the 10,000 at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/19-21)…Earned bronze in the 10,0000 at the OVC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/10-12), clocking in at 36:39.91...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Placed third in the 3000m at the Vanderbilt Opener (12/2) with a mark of 10:09.56…Was fifth in the same event at the Illinois Open (1/13) in 10:14.15…Finished fourth in the 5000m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/19-20) in 17:11.45…Won back to back races with the 5000m (17:18.01) at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27) and then the 3000m in a personal-best time of 10:02.81 at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Finished fifth in the 5000m at the OVC Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24), clocking in at 17:30.10.

2017 Outdoor: Ran at six meets...Won the 5000m at Ole Miss/ Joe Walker Invitational in 17:37.05 (3/24) and SLU Invite (4/7) 17:55.41 to open campaign...Set a personal-best (Second All-Time in SEMO History) of 35:38.56 in the 10,000m for 16th at the Mt. SAC Relays (4/13)...Won the 10,000m at the OVC Championships (5/11) with 37:24.44...Also placed fourth in the 5,000m with a time of 17:32.02...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Had six top-10 finishes...Opened the season with back-to-back second place finishes in the 3000m at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual in 10:18.32 (12/9) and Missouri Invitational (1/20) in 10:12.07...Finished third in the 5000m with 17:27.89  at the 2017 Indiana University Relays (1/27)...Placed fourth in the 5000m with a personal-best and Southeast Indoor record (seventh all-time) of 17:05.21...Finished 10th (10:04.28) in the 3000m at the OVC Championships (2/24),

2016 Cross Country: Ran in all seven races…Recorded a top-50 finish in all but one race…Ran the second fastest 6k time (21:17) in program history at the Midwest Regional (11/11) where she placed 49th…Opened the year with a fifth-place finish at the Gabby Reuveni (9/2) with a time of 14:33.5…Placed 12th at the Rebel Invitational (9/9) with a time of 17:39…Came in 15th (17:43.9) at the OVC Championship (10/29).

2016 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PRs in the 1500m (4:59.50), 3000m (10:17.12), 5000m (17:26.21) and 10,000m (37:06.55) races…Tallied five top-10 finishes…Won the 10,000m (PR) at the Joey Haines Invite (4/2) with the tenth fastest time in program history…Came in fourth in the 10,000m at the OVC Championship (5/14) with a time of 37:11.57…Came in sixth place in the 1500m (PR) at the SIUE Gateway Invite (4/16).

2016 Indoor: Competed in six meets…Collected a top-10 finish in five out of eight events…Set PRs in the mile (5:29.89), 3000m (10:26.30) and 5000m (17:45.48) races…Claimed the 3000m title (10:54.24) at the SIUE Dual Meet (1/29)…Placed second at the UINDY Collegiate Invitational (1/23) in the 5000m (18:10.33)…Added a sixth-place finish at the Missouri Invitational (1/15) in the 3000m (10:50.56)…Finished in seventh in the 5000m (18:38.08) at the OVC Championship (2/27).

2015 Cross Country: Ran in all six races…Finished in the top-30 twice…Placed 11th at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 15:36…Third-fastest Redhawk at the OVC Championships (23rd, 18:29)…One of five Redhawks to cross the finish line in the top-100 (75th, 18:05.06) out of 436 total competitors at the Chile Pepper Festival.

2015 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Set PRs in the 3000m (10:42.05) and the 10,000m (38.28.20)…Earned three top-five finishes…Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2015 Indoor: Saw action in five meets…Set PRs in the 3000m (10:54.41) and 5000m (18:14.75)…Finished first in the distance medley relay vs. SIUE with a time of 13:40.39…Placed third in the 5000m at the Indianapolis Challenge (career-best 18:14.75)…Tallied four top-five finishes.

2014 Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets as a true freshman...Finished 22nd in her Redhawk debut at the Gabby Reuveni Early Bird with a time of 15:44...Finished 12th at the Saluki Invitational in 19:28...Finished 44th at the OVC Championships with a time of 19:02.

Prep: 2014 graduate of Fort Zumwalt South High School...Ran cross country and track...Lettered all four years...Was a state qualifier for cross country her junior and senior years...Qualified for state in track her sophomore and junior years...Had a career-best 19:02 5K...Was named all-conference, all-district, and all-sectional in cross country her senior year while also being the team captain...Was awarded the US Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete Award...Member of the National Honor Society...Was also a cheerleader all four years.
