Madalyn Stichnot is in her first season as an assistant coach with the Redhawks. Stichnot serves as the cross country assistant coach and assists with the distance teams during the track seasons.

Stichnot joins the coaching staff after having a successful cross country and track career as a Redhawk. Stichnot was a member of the 2013 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships and the 2014 Outdoor Championships teams.

A standout student, Stichnot was a Southeast Scholar-Athlete and was named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll all four years.

Stichnot, who hails from Lexington, Kentucky, graduated from Southeast Missouri in 2014.
