2018 Cross Country: Ran in four meets…Recorded a personal-best 5K time of 17:48.3 (28th) at the Saluki Cross Country Invitational (8/31)…Posted a career-best 8K mark of 27:09.4 (223rd) at the Louisville Classic (9/29)…Crossed the finish line in 28:35.4 (82nd) at the OVC Cross Country Championship (10/27).

2018 Outdoor: Competed in four meets…Finished sixth in the 10,000m (PR, 33:50.38) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Added a career-best mark of 4:25.16 in the 1500m (26th) at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14)...Placed 18th in the 10,000m (35:32.78) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/10-12).
 
2018 Indoor: Ran in six meets… Placed sixth in the 3000m (9:32.78) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)... Posted a personal-best time of 16:13.39 in the 5000m (11th) at the 2018 Indiana University Relays (1/26-27)…Was second in the 3000m at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16) with a PR of 9:19.20…Placed 16th in the 5000m (16:41.39) at the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24).

2017 Cross Country: Ran in six races…Finished in the top-15 (4.97m, 27:40.2) at the Walt Crawford Dual (9/1)…Posted a 32nd place finish (27:30.9) in the 7.5K at the Forest Park Cross Country Festival (9/8)…Finished 81st at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (10/28) in 27:23.4 (8K)…Ran a time of 33:44.3 (189th) in the 10K at the NCAA Division I Midwest Region Cross Country Championships (11/10).
