2025 Indoor: Ran in one meet...Competed at the Ole Miss Classic and ran the 1,500-meters with a time of 4:10.23.

2025 Indoor: Ran in five meets...Secured a second place finish in the 3,000-meter run with a mark of 8:59.49...Ran the same event at the Show-Me Showdown and finished eighth in 8:49.86...He set a personal best in the 5,000-meter run with a new time of 15:08.94 finishing 10th...Also ran a career best at the Rick McGuire Invitational in the 3,000-meters with a time of 8:40.54...He had a pair of fourth place finishes at the Don DeNoon Invite in the mile where he set another PR with a time of 4:26.42 and in the 3K he finished in 9:24.77.

2024 Cross Country: Competed in all six meets…Scored for the Redhawk men in three races during the season…Posted a PR time in the 5k running 16:05.2 at the Redhawks Invitational placing 15th…At the UT Martin OVC Preview placed 18th in the 6k finishing with a time of 25:53.7…During the 6k race at the Gans Creek Classic finished in 26:11.5…At the Angel Mounds Invitational crossed the finish line at 25:38.4…Placed 26th at the 2024 OVC Cross country Championships with a time of 25:26.3 in the 6k…At the NCAA Midwest Regionals ran a time of 32:42.2 in the 10k which was fast enough for a PR. 

2024 Outdoor: Competed in six meets…Had two top-ten performances on the year and two PR’s…Started the season at the Ole Miss Classic placing seventh in the 3000-meter with a time of 9:07.24 and a time of 4:05.97 in the 1500-meter for 20th…Recorded the highest place of the season with a silver medal in the 5000-meter during the 2024 Joey Haines Invite…At the Gary Wieneke Memorial recorded a personal best in the 800 and 1500 with times of 2:03.07 and 4:04.94.

2024 Indoor: Ran in six meets…Recorded three top-ten finishes…Opened the season at the 2024 Redhawks Invite placing seventh in the 3000-meter with a time of 9:08.18…Recorded a new PR at the Bellarmine Open placing 30th with a time of 8:54.13…Finished in tenth place at the Illini Challenge with as time of 4:29.61 in the mile run…In the Mile race finished with a new personal best and a tenth place finish with a time of 4:27.26 at the Samford Bulldog Invite 2024…During the 2024 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Championships finished with another PR, this time in the 5000-meter crossing the line at 15:22.93.  

2023 Cross Country: Ran in six meets…Placed in the SEMO top five in all races…Ran his first collegiate race at home at the Redhawks Invite placing tenth with a time of 19:22.8 helping the men’s team capture the gold medal…Posted fourth for the SEMO men (101st overall) in his first 8k, running the race in 26:02.5 at the John McNichols Invite…The time of 26:37.2 (135th) ranked fifth for the SEMO men at the Gans Creek Classic…Earned times of 26:06.2 (30th) and 25:10.48 (40th) at the Angel Mounds Invitational and Ohio Valley Championships helping the team to fourth and sixth place finishes…Ended the season running the only 10k of the campaign at the NCAA Midwest Regionals placing second for the SEMO men (134th overall) with a time of 34:45.4.

Prep: Started and lettered all four years at Jackson High School for Coach Andrea Talley...During his time at Jackson he was a part of four conference championships, two district championships, three state qualifying teams, and a Class 5 fourth place finish at the state competition in 2022...Was selected as an All-Conference and All-District athlete, along with qualifying individually for the Class 5 state competition, where he finished 45th overall at state during his senior year...Was a four-year honor roll selection as a member of National Honor Society...Competed for the swim and dive team his junior year and set the Jackson High School 200-meter medley relay record, while also finishing 11th at state.
