2012 Cross Country: Competed in all regular season meets during the 2012 season… best finish for an 8K was at the OVC Championship, where he finished 16th with a time of 25:20.16. Placed in the top ten in the first two meets of the season, including being the top-finisher at the Washington University Early Bird (9/1) when he placed fourth.

2012 Outdoor: Named first-team Capital One Academic All-District … named a Southeast Scholar-Athlete … placed on the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … earned a spot on the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team … took third in the steeplechase (9:33.16) at the OVC Outdoor Championships … won the steeplechase on two occasions, at the Joey Haines Invitational (9:26.87) and the Vanderbilt Invitational (career-best 9:12.05).

2012 Indoor: Competed in five meets…recorded a career-best 15:27.97 in the 5000m run at the Indiana Relays…earned a third place finish in the 3,000m run at the Redhawks Invite with a time of 9:04.75…finished seventh in the 3,000m run at the OVC Indoor Championships with a time of 15:33.10.

2011 Cross Country: Competed in every meet during the 2011 Season … best outing of the season was at the OVC Championships (10/29) with 26:09 and finished in 10th place … named to the All-OVC second team … placed 105th at the NCAA Midwest Regional.

2011 Outdoor: Competed in six meets … earned a 25th place finish at the Vanderbilt Black and Gold Invite in the 3,000 meter run with season best time of 9:13.55 … placed fourth in the 5,000 meter run at the Jace Lacoste invite with a time of 15:39.40, which was a season high in the event … placed sixth in the 3,000 meter steeple chase at the OVC Championship with a season best time of 9:48.10 … OVC Medal of Honor winner … OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2011 Indoor: Did not appear in any meets during the indoor season.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in six meets …finished 23rd at the Ohio Valley Conference Championships with a time of 26:53 …ran a season-best 20:54 at the Washington Early Bird.
