2019 Cross Country: Ran in two meets…Notched a personal-best 5K time of 18:53.6 for 17th at the 2019 Saluki Invite (9/30).

2019 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets…Set a personal-best time in the 800 meters, clocking in at 1:54.34 (ninth) at the 2019 Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational (4/26-27)…Finished the 800 meters preliminaries in 1:55.25 at the   OVC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/9-11)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2019 Indoor: Participated in eight meets…Had five top-five finishes…Won the 800 meters (1:59.47) and was third in the 4x400 meter relay (3:38.69) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Captured first in the 600 meters in 1:23.38 at the Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Was the runner-up in the same event, crossing the finish line in 1:24.16 at the 2019 Redhawk Open (2/15)…Notched a time of 2:04.55 in the preliminaries for the 800 meters (17th) at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21).

2018 Cross Country: Appeared in one meet…Registered a time of 31:32.2 (13th) at the SIUE John Flamer Invite (9/14)...Named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2018 Outdoor: Ran in seven meets...Finished fourth in the 4x400 (7:52.79) and sixth in the 800m (1:57.66) at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24)...Placed 16th in preliminaries for the 800m (2:00.14) at the Ohio Valley Conference Championship (5/10-12).

2018 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Opened the season with a fourth place finish in  the 800m (2:06.73) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)...Posted a personal-best time of 1:23.33 for fourth in the 600m at the 2018 Indiana University Relays...Also was eighth (1:56.63) in 800m...Won the distance medley relay in 10:25.28 at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)...Finished fourth in the 400m (PR, 52.87) at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16)...Placed sixth in the 800m at the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24), clocking in at 1:58.78.

2017 Cross Country: Ran in two meets...Finished top-20 at the Walt Crawford Open (9/1) in 28:08.0...Placed 39th at Forest Park Cross Country Festival in 29:11.9 (9/8).
 
2017 Outdoor: Competed in five meets...Placed fourth in the 4x400m relay in 3:27.26 at the 2017 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/31)...Finished 13th at the OVC Championship (5/11) in the 800m with a time of 1:54.81.
 
2017 Indoor: Competed in six meets...Had four top-five finishes...Won the 4x400m relay in 3:32.90 and placed fourth in the 800m in 2:02.09 at the SEMO vs. SIU-Edwardsville Dual (12/9)...Set a personal-best in the mile (4:33.83, 14th) at the Missouri Invitational (1/20)....Placed second in both the 4x400m relay in 3:39.86 and 800m in 2:00.79 at the 2017 Redhawks Invite (2/17)...Finished 13th in the 800m in 1:58.07 (PR) at the OVC Championship (2/24).
 
2016 Cross Country: Ran in three meets...Placed 22nd at the Rebel Invitational (20:24).

Prep: Attended Pleasant Plains High School…Holds school records in the 800m (1:55.41), 4x800m relay (8:00.38) and the 4x400m relay (3:29.1)…Apart of 4x800m relay team that won state as a sophomore…State qualifier in cross country during first three years…Four-time Sangamo Conference Champion, four-time Sangamon County Champion and three-time sectional champion.

Personal: Born August 11, 1998…Son of Mike and Cheryl Plunkett…Brother, Dan Plunkett, also competed in cross country and track & field at SEMO...Majoring in Healthcare Administration.
