2000: Played in every game for the second consecutive season...started the season with a bang against Iowa State (2.19), punching 2-for-4, with a double, homer, one run scored and four RBIs...went 4-for-5 in a career day vs. Mizzou (3.8) -- tallied three dingers and a double and notched six RBIs...recorded just four errors last season, with the majority of his playing time coming behind the plate...ended the season seventh all-time on the career games played list, needs 56 more contests to become outright leader...jumped onto the career hits (9th, 162), RBI (10th, 106) doubles (2nd, 45), homers (6th, 28) and at bats (4th, 568) leader boards.
1999: Hit .284 with 12 home runs and 34 RBIs...led the team with 19 doubles...saw time at first base, catcher and designated hitter...started in all 54 games for the Indians...had a .977 fielding percentage.
1998: Named to the Freshman All-American team by Collegiate Baseball in 1998...second team All-OVC in 1998...hit .321 with eight home runs and 39 RBI's as a freshman...went two-for-five with four RBI's in the second round of the OVC tournament against Eastern Kentucky.
