Southeast Missouri State University Athletics

Drew Millwood begins his first year as Southeast Missouri’s Director of Analytics.

Millwood, who hails from Ina, Illinois, will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties and assist with stat compilation, analytical breakdown, video analysis and scouting.

Prior to SEMO, Millwood worked as an assistant coach at Rend Lake College. He was responsible for the hitters and was the Warriors recruiting coordinator. His only season at Rend Lake was cut short due to COVID-19.

Before Rend Lake College, Millwood was both Head Coach and Athletic Director at Wayne City High School and was Head Baseball Coach at Webber Township High school. He helped grow and develop the baseball team and enhanced the overall athletic programming for both schools in those roles.

Millwood first started coaching when he was the owner and operator of one of the largest sports training facilities in Southern Illinois. While in that position, he worked with a diverse population of athletes ranging from kids and weekend warriors to Division I collegiate athletes and Cross-Fit and OCR competitors.
