Mobile Tickets

                                                             Plan Before You Go!                                                             
 

       You may access your mobile tickets by logging into your account at SEMORedhawks.com/MyAccount or by the link sent to your email or cell.

       We strongly recommend the following important tips:

  1. Once you receive your tickets, please add them to your mobile wallet. If there are time changes to the game, they will automatically be adjusted if the ticket is in your wallet. Additionally, by adding your ticket(s) to your mobile wallet in advance, you can avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the stadium.
  2. If you are attending with guests, transfer each person their individual ticket in advance.
  3. Make sure your battery is fully charged before heading to the stadium.
 

     Accessing Your Tickets

1. Open your browser on your mobile device and enter the URL

2. Sign into your ticket account.

3. Scroll down on the screen until you see
'My Upcoming Events'

4. Select the event you're attending to see your tickets

5. Choose 'Add to Wallet'

6. Select 'Add' in the righthand corner 
Open your mobile wallet to access your tickets and have ready to scan at the gate 
 

     Transferring your Tickets

1. Open safari and in the URL, type

2. Sign into your SEMO Redhawks Ticket account

3. Select 'Transfer Tickets'

4. Choose the event

5. Select the tickets you want to transfer, then click continue

6. Enter the name and mobile number of the person you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to

7. Review the transfer and once ready, select 'Transfer Tickets' at the bottom of the screen. 
 

      Accepting a Transfer

1. The person receiving the transferred ticket(s) will receive a text message with a link to accept the transfer.

2. They'll be prompted to log in, or create an account if they don't have one, to accept the tickets.

3. Once logged in, the individual can accept or decline the transfer

4. Once accepted, add the tickets to the mobile wallet and have ready to scan at the gate
