2023 Outdoor: Ran at seven meets…Achieved top five status in 13 events…Ran the 400-meter in 51.80 for fifth and the 110-meter hurdles in 15.19 for fourth to start the season…With his 4x100 and 4x400 team crossed the line at 42.22 (8th) and 3:18.37 (4th) at the 2023 Mississippi State Bulldog Relays…Took the silver in the 110-meter hurdles (15.20) and the 4x100 (42.65) and placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles for a run of 57.11 at the Cougar Classic…At the Memphis Tiger Invite placed fourth in the both the 110-meter hurdles (15.67) and the 4x400 (3:21.22), then took home the silver and the gold in the 4x100 (42.03) and the 400-meter hurdles (54.03)...Made the podium with a run of 53.63 in the 400-meter hurdles for third then set a new personal best in the 110-meter hurdles, running it in 15.10 (11th).
2023 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Totaled ten top five finishes…In the Edmonds-Wilt Invitational set a personal record in the 300 with a time of 36.61, as well as coming in fifth in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.44…At the Redhawks Invite came in fifth in the 55-meter with a time of 6.62, as well as being a part of the third place 4x400 team that ran a 3:49.57… In the John Gartland Invitational brought home the bronze in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.51 and came in second in the 4x400 (3:22.40)…During the PNC Bank Bellarmine Classic came in fourth in the 60m hurdles finishing in 8.55…During the OVC championship competed in the DMR event placing second as a squad with a run of 10:09.19, he also ran in the 60- meter Hurdle placing sixth overall with a run of 8.42.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets…Had nine top five finishes and three top three finishes…Finished second in the sprint medley relay with a time of 3:39.35 at the Tennessee Relays…At the Memphis Tiger Invitational, registered second in the 4x100 with a time of 43.15…Set a PR in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.17 (10th), finished second in the 400 meter hurdles (53.53), fifth in the 4x100 with a time of 42.77, seventh in the long jump with a mark of 22’ 3.5” (6.79m), and 12th in the 100 meter with a time of 11.04 at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Championships.
2022 Indoor: Participated in eight meets…Had 16 top five finishes and five top three finishes…Opened the season setting a PR in the 60 meter with a time of 7.09 (5th) and finished third in the 4x400 (3:29.22) at the Fred Wilt Invitational…Finished second in the 55 meter (6.68) at the Redhawks Invite…At the John Gartland Invitational, set a new personal best in the 600 meter with a time of 1:32.71 (5th)...Finished third in the 55 meter with a time of 6.71 and second in the long jump 22’ 2.25” (6.76m) at the Redhawks Open…Set another PR in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.38 (5th), finished second in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.46 and fourth in the 200 meter hurdles with a time of 22.22 at the OVC Championships.
2021 Outdoor: Competed in eight outdoor competitions in 2021…Recorded a personal best at the USA Invitational in the 100-meter dash finishing in 10.98 seconds for a ninth-place finish…A part of the 4x400 relay that took first place at the 2021 Joey Haines Invite (3:19.65). Also took first place in the 400-meter hurdles finishing in 54.92…Recorded a personal best at the 2021 Kentucky Invitational in the 110-meter hurdles finishing in 12th place with a time of 15.30 seconds…At the Ohio Valley Championships, recorded a personal best and finish in the 400-meter hurdles with an overall time of 53.22 seconds finishing in fourth place.
2021 Indoor: Competed in five indoor competitions in 2021…Placed second in the 60-meter hurdle dash finishing in 8.52 seconds at the Sycamore Team Challenge sponsored by Gill Athletics…Recorded a personal best and a first-place finish in the 55-meter hurdle with an overall time of 7.85 at the Redhawks Invite. Continued the success in the 55-meter dash, finishing first place in 7.85 seconds…Recorded a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Samford Bulldog Open 2021 with a final time of 50.06…Earned a personal best at the Fred Wilt Invitational in the men’s 60-meter dash finishing in 7.09 in the preliminaries, finishing in fifth place.
2020 Indoor: Competed in nine meets…Had nine top-five finishes…Ranked fifth in the OVC for 60 meter hurdles…Won the 55 meter hurdles (8.00), placed third in both the 55 meters (6.56, PR) and 4x400 meter relay (3:31.07) and was fourth in the long jump (21-10.75, 6.67m) in his Redhawks debut at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Took fifth in both the 60 meter hurdles (8.57) and long jump (22-1.75, 6.75m) at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Set a new PR in the 60 meters of 7.11 in the prelims at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1)…Also was fifth in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.57…Improved on 60 meter hurdles time with a personal best 8.42 in the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14) prelims…Won the 55 meter hurdles in a career best 7.89 and was second in the long jump with a PR mark of 22-5.75 (6.85m) at the 2020 Redhawks Open (2/21)…Earned Bronze in the 4x400 meter relay, finishing with a mark of 3:16.61 at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Set a personal high 200 meters time of 22.17 in the preliminary heats and also competed in long jump (21-6.75, 6.57m, 11th).
