2021 Outdoor
Competed in seven outdoor competitions in 2021…Finished in first place as a part of the 4x400 meter relay at the 2021 Joey Haines Invite…Placed fourth at the USA Invitational in the men’s 400-meter dash finishing in 49.67 seconds.
2021 Indoor
Competed in four indoor competitions in 2021…Recorded a personal best in the 800 meter race at the Sycamore Team Challenge sponsored by Gill Athletics with a final time of 2:09.39 for 14th place overall…Placed first as a part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the Redhawks Invite with an overall time of 3:33.81…Earned two personal bests at the Fred Wilt Invitational in both the 60 meter race (7.24, 4th) and the 300 meter race (36.42, 2nd).
2020 Indoor: Ran in eight meets…Had nine top-five finishes…Ranked sixth in the OVC for the 400 meters…Finished first in the 400 meters (51.80) and 4x400 meter relay (3:24.76) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/6/19)…Took first in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:22.42 and was fourth in the 400 meters (50.86) at the Gene Edmonds Memorial (1/10-11)…Also set a personal-best 600 meters time of 1:25.14…Finished fourth in the 600 meters in 1:30.04 at the Missouri Intercollegiate (1/17)…Took fifth in the 400 meters, clocking in at 51.15 at the Illini Invitational (1/24-25)…Posted a time of 49.56 in the 400 meters to finish as the runner-up at the 2020 Hoosier Hills (2/14)…Earned Bronze in the 4x400 meter relay, finishing with a mark of 3:16.61 at the 2020 Ohio Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/26-27)…Also scored for the Redhawks with a fifth place finish in the 400 meters (48.97).

2019 Indoor: Competed in seven meets…Had six top-five finishes…Won the 4x400 meter relay in 3:33.97 at the season-opening SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/7)…Finished second in the 400 meters in 50.99 at the 2019 Illini Open (1/12)…Placed third and fourth, respectively in the 200 meters (22.92) and 400 meters (51.71) at the Fred Wilt Open (2/1-2)…Was also third in the 4x400 meter relay in 3:19.53 at the 2019 Hoosier Hills (2/8)…Also finished seventh in the 400 meters in 49.29…Earned bronze in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:18.34 at the OVC Indoor Track & Field Championship (2/20-21)…Also was eighth in the 200 meters (22.66).
2018 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets...Set a PR of 11.27 (22nd) in the 100m at the Rhodes Invitational (3/16-17)…Added a career best in the 200m of 22.00 (16th) at the Mississippi State Bulldog Relays (3/23-24)…Was fourth in the 400m (49.70) at the 2018 Drury Hotels Joey Haines Invite (3/30-31)…Finished second in the 4x400m (3:17.86) and third in the 400 with a personal best of 48.23 at the Joe Walker Invite (4/13-14)…Earned a silver and bronze medal in the 4x400m (3:14.12) and 4x100m (41.39) at the Ohio Valley Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship (5/10-12)...Also was fifth in the 400m (48.32).
2018 Indoor: Appeared in eight meets…Finished first in the 400m (51.58) and second in the 4x400m (3:33.37) at the SEMO vs. SIUE Dual Meet (12/8)…Was third in both the 400m (50.64) and the 4x400m (3:26.95) at the Illinois Open (1/13)…Posted a career-best time of 7.36 in the 60m (26th) at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/2-3)…Placed third in the 4x400m, clocking in at 3:23.03 at the 2018 Hoosier Hills (2/9)…Was a member of the first place 4x400m team (3:27.61) at the 2018 Redhawks Open (2/16)…Earned silver in the 4x400m at the Ohio Valley Indoor Track and Field Championships (2/23-24) with a mark of 3:23.99…Also was fourth in the 400m (50.03) and 14th in the prelims for 200 (23.55).
